A native of the West Midlands, Susannah always loved using art to practically explore how we live.

Having studied Biochemistry she then did a post grad at Central School of Speech and Drama, in devising theatre. Lots of fun was had touring the country in vans, entertaining in schools, nurseries, SEN schools and nursing homes.

Running Scientific Reactions, she got schools to explore science using their creativity, in both primary and secondary schools, using creative learning methods, in projects that lasted a term to a day.

After living on a community for 3 years, running entertainments for groups as well as holidays in creativity and dementia. Susannah moved back to the Midlands to focus on writing and performing what she wrote. She also took a HE Diploma in Creative Arts, Mission and Ministry from Cliff College.

More on her shows Chosen and The Disappearance of Eliza Grey can be found here.

She is currently writing new projects and developing Hazel Twig Collective with others
